Orders may be returned and refunded within 14 days of the purchase at the time of delivery. Orders must be returned in original packaging. Shipping of returns are not covered by Safe Journeys.

Refunds can take 2-7 business days to appear on your account statement. 

We offer two methods of payment. Customers may complete their orders through Paypal or through our secured online payment system.

Customers may cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations can be made by phone or through our online booking site. 

Energy healing systems are complimentary in nature. They should never be used as an alternative to modern medicine. If you have any concerns about your health, you should always consult your medical practitioner.
